About Winfried Schwamborn
Winfried Schwamborn has significantly shaped the history of the gay movement. As editor of the groundbreaking "Gay Book - Love, Fight, Live" (1983), as a journalist and filmmaker, he has inspired generations of gay people and paved the way for greater visibility and acceptance.
Together with his partner Pornsak Likitmanut, Winfried Schwamborn created Kunstwerk Bilder – a place where gay art and LGBTQ+ culture are celebrated.
