Artistic collages between desire, sexiness, and self-empowerment

These collages are the result of a long-standing, consistently pursued artistic practice.
They arise from self-created photographs, self-portraits, selfies, and found imagery to form multilayered works.

What distinguishes them: intense colorfulness, sensual tension, and an unmistakable artistic signature.

Each original is hand-colored, deliberately exaggerated, and visually charged – a combination of collage, staging, and personal expression. The reproduction conveys exactly what the original represents.

Formally, the works move between pop, queer art, and contemporary erotic art.

Content-wise, they revolve around themes such as desire, drag, visibility, body politics, and identity.

The visual language is bold, self-determined, and at the same time reflective: eroticism here is not consumed but consciously created and appropriated.

Over many years, these works were created in the protected space of the private. Only in connection with the internationally multiple award-winning documentary film premiering in 2025
“Wenn nichts mehr geht, dann Gran Canaria”
were they publicly addressed for the first time – and immediately met with great interest.

This response was the impetus to make the collages accessible for the first time in a curated form.
